After a pest treatment, does this mean that I won't see a spider or cockroach until the next treatment?

No. Any pest that comes in direct contact with the chemical on the day of treatment will die, however the barrier provides future protection for any 'new' pests that come along. Once they cross the barrier, they will get sick and go away and die.

Do I need to move furniture before a pest treatment?

No. Our equipment allows us access behind your furniture. However we do need access to your skirting boards, so please ensure there are no items of clothing etc. laying on the floor in these areas.

How long does the treatment take to dry?

Depending on the weather - outside treatment can be within half an hour on a warm day. Internally depends on ventilation. It helps to have windows open and fans on.

Is it safe to be home during a pest treatment if I have allergies/pregnant?

Any persons who are particularly sensitive or who suffer from allergic reactions or are pregnant, should take precautionary measures to remain out of the premises for up to 24 hours and return only once the premises has been fully ventilated.

Will the treatment affect my pets?

Pets need to be removed from treatment areas on the day, however once the chemical is dry, they are not at risk.

How often should I have a Termite/White Ant Inspection?

Australian Standards suggest at least every twelve months and preferably every three to six months (AS 3660 Protection of buildings from subterranean termites and AS 4349.3 Inspection fo buildings - Timber pest inspections)
